After the death of a pet, many pet owners believe their only option for disposing of the animal is to have it buried. In reality, there are many options available to pet owners. One of these options is to have your pet cremated.
While The Last Ride specializes solely in Phoenix large animal removal and transport, we will be happy to transport your horse, donkey or other larger animal to a cremation facility. Once your pet has arrived to the facility, you will likely have three choices available for cremation of the body. These include:
- Individual cremation: Your pet is cremated and all of the ashes are returned to you in a wooden equine urn.
- Individual cremation with partial return: Your pet is cremated and most of the ashes are returned to you in a smaller urn.
- Communal cremation: Your pet is cremated and you do not receive the ashes.
Regardless of the type of cremation service you request, The Last Ride will come to your stable, home or equine clinic to pick up your deceased pet and transport it to the facility. We are open 24 hours per day, seven days per week and we specialize in providing a timely, affordable and compassionate service.
